A hilarious short film about the very unfortunate Billy and his kooky mother. the Super 16 cinematography is very well handled, with a colourful set-design and an energy from the editing and director that sweeps you along into this loopy story. I was reminded a little of Baz Luhrmann's 'Strictly Ballroom' and Peter Jackson's 'Braindead' - it's that same kind of bristling energy and I loved it.
