Interesting to watch because of the suspenseful scenes. The story may not be that unique but still it can give you goosebumps. Jeffrey is a gay architect who rents an apartment in the same building where the guy he fancies also lives. Most would think this is just a normal gay film but the plot thickens all because of the creepy landlady with a creepier deaf-mute handyman. Things get a turn for the worst when Jeffrey starts to notice and discover strange things happening in the apartment.  Some scenes will quicken your heartbeat and will leave you breathless! This film won Best First Narrative Feature at the FilmOut San Diego.  Worth checking out!
