All in all I enjoyed this. Good acting certainly helps and it's quite rare to see all-female movies like it. It's a cut above the usual monster-flicks thanks to some neat ideas, slick filming and poop your pants shocks. Just don't expect a deep and meaningful BBC documentary on the secret lives of the cave people.
