Alison Folland is one of those actresses for whom, to my mind, there is no comparison. She has a way of sleepwalking through a film yet keeping you entranced. Tara Subkoff's angsty raging is the perfect foil, and the two of them have excellent chemistry. The bittersweet strains of youth and the punk/rock mixtapes that invariably come with it are portrayed with honesty, truth and skill. A little-seen, and little but beautiful film.
