I was rather confused with the way scenes unfold one by one. Viewers tend to feel distanced or experience lack of sympathy for the lead character Xuma, maybe because for one he was a weed user and for someone responsible enough, who thinks of his family back home, then it shouldn't be a priority. Some of the characters were a bit queer but on the other hand, Stella the woman who runs a shabeen, stood out where it concerns acting portrayal. She seems a natural and wasn't conscious of the camera. All in all, I felt the story was quite shallow at some point.
