Such a joy to discover well-preserved classic films like this via Filmdoo!  Very much impressed with the set design and costumes, with vivid colors that will take your breath away. No wonder this film got nominated at the Oscar Academy Awards for Best Costume Design and Best Art Direction-Set Decoration. This Golden Globe winner boasts of a great cast with Giullieta Masina as lead character Juliet. Masina seems perfect for the role of an upper middle class woman  who feels unfulfilled and insecure, her character is one that's sensitive, fragile yet also charming.  The psychedelic effects were impressive.  Worth checking out!
