In true Halloween form,  this film sure delivers the scare and horror!  We never know what kind of person lives in the neighborhood! Scary enough to make kids become wary of trick or treating but more so, it also poses as a warning for those naughty kids who have a penchant for destroying decors and things.  Still,  the man's actions was horrendous as he actually murders and displays the victims!  Not really a scream flick but this is definitely terrifying as well.
