This film somehow reminds me of the Aliens movies from years past.  It was somehow effective in building up suspense and holding the viewers attention as  you start to guess what was inside the man's body.  Evidently,  something was stitched up inside of him to help it exist thus, the title.  As the time was ripe for it to come out,  viewers witness the anguish of the poor man, this man definitely had no choice right from the start.  Off  comes out this fish-like creature,  and  while it was scary just looking at it, I was thankful there was not much blood and no other untoward scenes prevailed, like the incubated eating the incubator!
