Life can sometimes be so unfair and for a father  it can be really hard to accept  certain realities.  This man  is someone who can't  help but  play along with young girls  as they fly a kite or  tinker with a new toy.  You can sense the excitement in his face and the jubilation while doing so.  The last scene  sums up  the reason for this and  viewers will understand  the man's  longing to  be able to  play and interact with his own daughter but of which he is robbed of the chance,  as the daughter  has an illness and has lost the capacity to respond, among other things.  This film evokes feelings  of sadness and  pity for the father  and yet  one can also feel the deep bond of fatherly love.
