Poignant and heartwarming… Set on the gritty part of the city, where all criminal activities flourish,  and masculine sensibilities are exercised. There lived a boy, Maxi. Maxi’s sexual preference and lifestyle is accepted by his family and community. That’s the heartwarming part of the story, amidst the thug-like characteristics of his father and siblings, they accept and loved him for who he is. And this love became the saving grace for the three siblings after losing their father. What I didn’t like is the flow of the story, how one scene flows to the next… Some scenes just don’t flow well… But otherwise, it’s a very refreshing film to watch...
