The first few minutes of the movie was quite dragging and boring to watch but as the conversations heighten and truth and facts are revealed, the viewers become transfixed. There are scenes that are emotional and the scene where the ex-wife was reading the old letters of the ex-husband was so moving. The old pictures of the family elicits feelings of regret and sadness and all in all the movie succeeded in conveying the issues of a relationship that went awry, of parental concerns for a son who's becoming hard to handle and the non-closure of a relationship, with both parties having emotional baggages haunting them. An engaging film by Director Nikita Mikhalkov.
