This heartwarming and compelling family drama showcases Sharon Cuneta's acting mettle to the hilt. Cuneta who has been dubbed locally as the "megastar" for being consistently delivering box-office films in the '80s to '90s era won various acting awards from local film festivals thanks to this emotional and realistic movie on family relationships and how family members react to a step mother's entrance to their lives. Christopher de Leon as the husband lends commendable support and so goes with the rest of the cast that includes veteran actress Nida Blanca.
