The Secret Number is an entertaining ride inside a mathematical thriller. Joined by an excellent film-score, the film's plot is presented uniquely and interestingly. Facts are carefully revealed to keep audiences on the edge of their seats. The timing of these revelations make for an amazingly twisted film. It eventually climaxes into a satisfactory ending that everyone will enjoy. 4.5 stars for me!

There is indeed a fine line between genius and insanity. This Film starts insane, crosses that line, and ends ingeniously! (SPOILER: 5 Stars) Listed as a Sci-Fi, The Secret Number can also be considered a well executed thriller. All elements of a perfect thriller is in this Film! Pace fluctuates unpredictably but climaxes satisfactorily. Character depth is present. Excellent cinematography blends well with the plot that it is almost unobservable. Premise and plot fit brilliantly together. Best of all, viewers will be at the edge of their seats from the start and leave having their IQ's raised higher. True genius. True 5 stars!

Bartonelster Lots of questions though. But it's inevitable when you're dealing with a time-travel premise

The idea presented in this film  is quite bizarre and hard to absorb.  A mathematician is convinced of the existence of an integer between 3 and 4 and somehow this is linked to higher dimensions at work in this world.  The flashback scenes lead us to believe that the boy who witnessed the accident was the psychiatrist himself.  There are confusing scenes that are hard to grasp but  on one side,  this presents a unique facet of the human mind.   Do check out this flick if you're fond of  mind-boggling flicks.
