The Hunt is a masterpiece. Its simplicity, humanity and realness give a sharp edge to the sensitive tabu issue that it tackles. \r\nI have attended the Cannes Film Festival when it premiered in 2012 and it was by the far the most debated, provocative film that year. \r\nThe performances are perfect. The Dogma 95 reminiscences keep the stylistic approach as a secondary asset, letting characters to gain depth and reveal themselves in an honest and troubling manner.
