An honorable final performance from Gandolfini and a marvelous demonstration of Hardy's versatility, all within a professionally written crime-drama. Hardy is almost unrecognizable and completely steps out of his usual demeanor on-screen. He and Repace also have chemistry, in a sympathetic and well-developed romance. The climax is also enough to keep one on the edge of their seat with tension, and has plenty of shocking twists and turns.
