A classic of recent Australian cinema, that harkens back to the country's golden age (the 80's). The chemistry between the leads is riveting, with Marissa Gibson in particular standing out (this has been her only film role, what gives?) Offers a rare insight into the Aboriginal culture and rightly deserves its festival and critical acclaim.
