The film clearly presents the idea of  a man who isn't what he seems to be.  There is no definite mention how or why the old man became like this but a telephone conversation reveals hints to the viewers.  While  the old man doesn't seem to like what he truly is,  trying his best to fight back the instincts, he  eventually succumbs and brings out a unique kind of bedsheet/ mat where he was shown jumping into, face down. The transformation/ merging of the colors of the cloth and his skin somehow gives the conclusion of a chameleon.  Odd yet engaging and the film scoring is commendable.

  • this man, being a social outcast must lead a very lonely and dull life.  he looks like he doesn't like what he is but that he has no choice.
