One of those very rare films that, practically without any dialogue and no animation, slaps a huge grin on your face for its entire duration. A work of art that is an exercise in expert framing of simultaneous and subtle sight gags, paired with clever sound design that brings both everyday objects and kooky inventions to life. At times the pace is so frenetic, you curse yourself for not having glimpsed all the gags, which is why the film has been such a success - repeat viewings are a must. Paris has never looked this exciting, and probably never will. A bonkers gem.
