The film, On Hold, delivers a very sensitive matter that notably many countries are facing nowadays - education or lack thereof. Many children in Ecuador are denied of education. Of 180,000 children working, 43% are not attending school. It exposes the painful social reality of the country. However, on technical aspects, there are lots of long, dull and skipping frames. Despite this, the essence of the short film makes up for it.

Truth! Most children nowadays are  working. I, for one, am working while studying because we are financially challenged.

  • I noticed the social issue that was shown here is actually prominent in most countries. It clearly shows the life of the unfortunates who wasn't able to go to school.
