Mulholland Drive Synopsis

A bright-eyed young actress travels to Hollywood, only to be ensnared in a dark conspiracy involving a woman who was nearly murdered, and now has amnesia because of a car crash. Eventually, both women are pulled into a psychotic illusion involving a dangerous blue box, a director named Adam Kesher, and the mysterious night club Silencio.

The movie that launched the career of Naomi Watts and gave a bump to Laura Elena Harring (where is she? She needs to be in more movies!) is a real headtwist, soaked in bizarre and colourful images that teeter between disturbing and ethereal. Trying to figure out exactly what is going on is a waste of time. Just allow yourself to fall into it and enjoy the ride.
