Lab mice anyone? Mouse-X treats Anderson, the main character, as a lab mouse and shows the utter futility of his existence. Viewers will take a journey with Anderson in the hopes that he can escape the "lab". His surprise at the beginning is believable and his actions after recognizing what he is doing is understandable. However, no matter how brilliant Anderson or the viewer might be, they will end up back as a simple lab mouse. I would rate this short film higher if there was at least a glimpse of what the lab scientists are trying to achieve. For now though, this is a solid 3 stars.
