Unexpressed emotions,  suppressed affection,anguish and grief; these are just some of the notions that you pick up upon watching this flick.  Great musical scoring, story simply yet clearly  told and  laudable cast.  At the end of the flick, the young man was still unsuccessful in expressing his feelings for the girl but there is a hint of improvement on the daughter-father relationship. Personally,  I wish the girl won't pursue her American Dream. She and the young man seems like a perfect match!
