I liked this more than I thought I would. It is a pretty straightforward story about a lesbian couple in their later years, but purely because of the fact that this is a story not often seen in cinema, I enjoyed it for that alone. It is filmed in an easy-going manner, takes its time, and the cinematography, though crisp, is nothing to shout about. Margherita Buy was excellent playing a role she is more than familiar with - a woman caught up inside her own head, while Sabrina Ferilli spices things up as her kooky and outspoken love. A warm film with a big heart that doesn't tax the brain - a Sunday night in.
