Waking up, there is a strange space like the stage. Sayaka and Tsuda were confined by a mastermind and Sayaka’s husband, Yamazaki. Knowing the adultery of his young wife and his secretary, Yamazaki loads a lot of money and asks Ando, an effective bondage master, for "a work." It is punishment for his wife's betrayal to show Tsuda. Tsuda is troubled with the appearance of Ayaka being tightly bound in front of his eyes. Ayaka, coverd with disgrace, is untidily tied up. Ayaka’s reaction gradually changes by Ando’s skilled Bondage technique.
