This powerful documentary depicts the struggles and exploitation the Pilipino farmers are experiencing especially after Haiyan. Journey to the life that is so remote and unbelievably real; this will keep you informed. The coconut farmers are hard workers who do not stop working until their hands grow tired and old; their lives do not change for generations due to economic issues and exploitation of the powerful officials and the affluent entrepreneurs. Danny Cooke presented everything with emotion and sympathy.  Kudos!

The visuals in this documentary is utterly impressive. That drone shot carefully following one of the farmers climbing up a coconut tree gives its audience a better of view of the physical efforts drawn into climbing one tree. What more of a dozen in these farmers' daily life? It was also able to capture the little but nonetheless important details. I find it lacking in terms of satisfying my curiosity as to what other materials can they exhaust in a coconut but this is a documentary to raise awareness, and it was able to deliver that.
