What a chore this was to watch! Imagine being sat at a table with queen priss Xavier Dolan multiplied by three (Seydoux, Cassel and Ulliel) with the archetypal OTT Dolan mom (Baye) and a riff on Suzanne Clement in 'Mommy' (Cotillard), and you have 'It's Only The End Of The World', a clunking, heaving, navel-gazing, medium-closeup choking, celebrity creaming, ego-stroking, self-hating, wittering, annoying bore of a film. Baye is good, but this is a misfire.
