The acting portrayals are quite commendable and the three young boys were quite natural in their performances but it seems the film didn't really catch the attention of the viewers.  The story is just quite simple and even the supposed to be suspenseful scenes lack the element of surprise, if at all. It  had scenes that were supposed to be amusing or comedic but even at such point it didn't really looked quite as such.
