Bit of a French arthouse oddity, this one. A road movie upon which three hot young things and one older but equally delicious gentleman go on a trip together and things rapidly descend from there. Oozing with sun-drenched but broody atmospherics and loaded with your typical psycho-sexual drama the French are so good at (there's ample nookie on display and of course flashbacks of a suicide) - the most enjoyment I got out of this was seeing four actors who have all had dalliances in LGBT film (Seydoux/Blue Is the Warmest Colour, Renier/Private Lessons, Frilet/Born In 68, Perrier/Cold Showers) taking their clothes off. Shallow, you bet! But the French, they do it so well...
