Simple and heartwarming film!  It  gives viewers a peek into  a beautiful friendship shared by two young people.   Their usual routines  and camp-outs  will not last for long though as the young man will be moving to London.  The worried look on the girl's face is imminent although she tries to hide it.  Witnessing a romantic scene between a couple not too far away seems to pull off the trigger for the girl as she  was later seen stealing a kiss on her  fast-asleep best friend. I was earlier thinking why the word firewood is the title and  aptly so, as  it is somehow one thing that was a steady witness to the friendship.  Commendable acting with  well-framed shots and impressive cinematography nonetheless. This is worth the watch!
