This African film from the '80s has its own lessons and universal message to share. It tackles the condition of orphaned kids,  abusive adoptive parent, a father's love for his child and a social worker's genuine concern for displaced kids. A single father and two orphan kids are brought together by fate and destiny and while it's heartbreaking for the father to lose a child, on the other hand, it was a sort of redemption for the two siblings who have long wanted to have a home that they can really call their own.
