Tasteful and compelling film debut of an up and coming French filmmaker, Hustache-Mathieu! Really appreciated with how the director handled the characters with respect and sensitivity, starting with Avril and down to the support  cast. There is nudity but in no way was there vulgarity of any sort. As Avril gets to discover the outside world when she went looking for her brother, she discovers not only about the missing link in her life but also discovered love through Pierre, who shares the same interests as hers. Gay love is also tackled in this film and I was entertained with the witty conversations. Hustache-Mathieu gives unexpected twists and surprises as the film unfolds, which makes it all the more entertaining from start to finish. With equally commendable musical scoring and cinematography, this  film is truly a must-watch!
