All that this man wanted was to scatter his wife's ashes but first he has to follow the rules.  With the help of the policeman the widower eventually got his wish but then again  they bend usual procedures. Rather hilarious but very heartwarming to see a friendship develop between these two persons, seen scattering ashes just before sundown, while two policemen watch on,  ready to reprimand them, and yet, quite unusual, for how could  they berate a fellow police man?  Lightheartedly charming film,  do check this out.
