Found this to be an interesting story, where super heroes don't reign supreme and not so super at all! Superhero Fridge who can freeze anything with the use of his hands is having a dilemma especially where it concerns girls. Emily (Christine Evangelista) cheats on him with his alter ego, while another girl Claudel (Brooke Nevin) likes him as the civilian Brendan. Quite confusing eh? Kris Lemche as Fridge pulls a convincing performance and the cast of Evangelista, Nevin and Joey Kern as C-Thru, superhero friend of Fridge all lent great support. Check this out if you're into masked heroes with completely human concerns.

There are quirky, catchy dialogues but some viewers may not find this film up to their standard, where "comedy genre" is concerned.  Also, it's understandably an indie film so some viewers may be quite disappointed that superheroes and their superpowers are not maximized to the highest level.  One hilarious scenario in the film would be that superhero Fridge breaks up with his girlfriend because she's cheating on him with his non-superhero character, Brendan. Now that's an obnoxious idea. Go check this out if you're into some fresh new ideas about  superheroes.

Discovered this by accident while googling for indie superhero films (after watching Kickass), quite happy I did as it was a nice surprise. If you liked Kris Lemche from Ginger Snaps and Final Destination 3, you'll get a kick out of him here as he takes center stage. He plays a superhero struggling with the fact his girlfriend loves the superhero him more than the normal him - think New Adventures of Superman with a heartfelt mumblecore twist.
