In a matter of 5 minutes viewers are ushered into the usual routines at Sun Wah Kee restaurant in Hongkong.  From the documentary,   one gets an understanding on the success and continued patronage of locals and tourists for the restaurant as greatly dependent on  its chef.  Viewers also get snippets of discussions on the dynamic change of the metropolis and how it has a big impact on the people.
