Really liked the ending to this film, kind of hoped for more, but happy with what we were given. I wonder what she went on to do next. The cast reminded me of the film 'She Monkeys' and the story a bit of 'Waterlilies' with the whole competitive sport setting, however whereas those films were very icy, hard-edged affairs, this one is full of heart.
