An exhilarating ride handled expertly. I would challenge someone who isn't a fan of action movies to not enjoy this. Willis, Rickman and Bedelia give strong performances that go beyond genre stereotypes - the good everyman guy with a knack for wisecracking, the deliciously bad guy and the canny damsel in distress, while the action zips up and down the tower rarely giving you time to take a breath. Even minor characters Takagi, Argyle and the odious Harry Ellis are memorable. All the ingredients are here and mixed perfectly.
