I have a friend who confided to me just recently that he had to hide his being a homosexual out of constant fear that his family will condemn him. It took years before he finally came into the open, when he was already orphaned. This documentary conveys a very striking message, for everyone to realize that gays and lesbians are no different from us. They also have emotions and feelings and the condemnation towards them amounts to a lot of trauma and even a lifetime of psychological imbalance. Listening to the testimony of Jimmy, who was called a bitch and kicked out by his very own father was totally heartbreaking. More power to the Pansy Project!
