Despite making absolutely no sense whatsoever, there's a sort of weird enjoyment that comes from sitting through this very odd film. I suppose you could say, like much of Stephen King's work, they should not have tried adapting a novel that was unadaptable, but hey, at least it manages to splice Stand By Me and a film about killer alien butt slugs together in a way that sort of halfway makes sense - if you're completely insane. You really feel for the editor. Enjoy!
