Before there was Star Trek the movie there was Moscow Cassiopeia and a couple other Soviet sci-fi and space sage movies like Adolescents in the Universe. The production design is pretty impressive and so are the plot and acting performances of the young space crew. It was quite engrossing to watch and undoubtedly a good old sci-fi movie to watch with the whole family.
