Truly enjoyed watching this period epic film inflicted with that mystery-thriller genre reminiscent of Agatha Christie and Nancy Drew detective stories! Intensely engaging, fast-paced and with a powerhouse cast, there's no question in my mind when I learned this film raked in countless awards and recognition from prestigious film fests. To top it all, the action sequences by no less than legendary martial artist Sammo Hung makes the movie riveting, keeping you at your seat's edge!  Commendable work as only Tsui Hark can pull off!
