Look Around's message is admirable and praiseworthy. Echoing its prehistoric premise, the film's animation is cave-like art. With an excellent film score, the short is full of heart churning and rambling scenes. This climaxes to a heartbreaking scene in the end. After viewing, the film will ask audiences if killing a sleeping monster is worth all the trouble.
