From what I can remember, this movie ushered the popularity of Muay Thai in my country and in other countries as well. Tony Jaa is really an extraordinary warrior on-screen with his swift and concise muay thai moves with an agility that's incomparable. Having Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li as his idols was a plus as it was, I think, one of his greatest goal, to emulate them. Thanks to Director Pinkaew as Tony Jaa was able to set a trend as well and rocketed him to super stardom.  This movie is truly one of a kind!
