This film is  unusually grotesque and beyond what normal minds could muster.  Sure it's stop animation  but the whole  concept of the film is morbid.  While one may think the old hag was  a monster, it was the girl who reigns supreme as the most monstrous.  I   cringed at the sight of the fish being stuffed into the dead woman's mouth  and at the mouth-less boy.  This girl sure has issues with a person's mouth, I guess.  Weird, weird film I'd say.
