The men clearly underestimated the seemingly weak and helpless young man  crouched in the dark corner of that locked room.  He showed no repulse even as the man hurt him with a knife and tortured him.  Only then did they realize the powers he is capable of when the wounds seem to vanish.  Beyond the goryness  and violence there is a potent message imbued in this film.  Never judge a book by its cover. You'll never know what will come out of those pages!
