Vientiane, the capital of Laos becomes the backdrop of this collection of stories that tackle romance, a forbidden affair, gossip and intrigue and even gratitude for being dumped by a girlfriend. These tales depict the dynamism of the human nature and how people respond to negative as well as positive scenarios. Of the five stories though, my top favorite was that of the businesswoman whose husband is having an affair with a young and attractive woman. You have to watch the film and see for yourself how the wife got her sweet revenge!
