Totonel and his two sisters are individually unique but in so many ways it's Toto and Andrea who share common traits; they strive to become better and to find the positive despite the rut they're in. Ana on the other hand yielded to the demons inside her and was too weak to resist drugs and start anew. I think she could've been saved had it not for her being hard-headed, had she stayed at the orphanage she could've done something productive in her life. This is a very gripping story of the children's struggle, with no parents to guide them at a time that they're needed the most.
