It's very comforting to see veteran actresses lend their acting expertise to short films like this that has a very compelling story to tell.  Jean Marsh is a force to reckon in this film that stirs up a well of emotions: nostalgia,  sadness and even hope. The supernatural element will initially startle you but it's nonetheless an important aspect of the story itself.  Beautifully acted and  with well-executed scenes.

Heartbreaking  and very sentimental!  This film strikes a chord for  being  so poignant and   full of emotions.  A lonely  old lady in a nursing home finds out that she has a visitor only she can see.  Coincidentally she starts reading  again a letter from someone in the past whom she corresponded to, a soldier whom she never met.  The supposed meeting was realized when she finally sees him in close view, in her room.  That final bittersweet scene  between two persons,  with viewers  all too aware that the soldier has  long been  dead,  conveys a lot of emotions but most specially affection yet also sadness.   Impressive performance from Emmy awardee Jean Marsh and  great film scoring, too.  This is truly worth the watch!
