The film starts well with its series of  shots suggestive of a looming tragedy and that something horrendous is about to happen. The boy pulling a cart with a chest on it has a revengeful look although  there is no background as to why he is intent in exacting revenge to a family.  As soon as viewers witness the scene where the boy holds up an infant from the chest and then proceeds to squash its head, with the onlooking adults and children all randomly bleeding, you will get the picture that there is a kind of  sorcery or some voodoo practice indicated.  Not so outwardly scary, but this film still gives a disturbing effect.  Laudable cinematography and film scoring was utilized effectively to create more suspense.
