Still Walking reminded me so much of my favourite Ozu films. The movie follows a rare family reunion to commemorate the death of a family member. Koreeda is known for his most recent movies I Wish and Like Father, Like Son so for people who enjoyed those movies, Still Walking is highly recommended. Koreeda has the power to make his films flow naturally and as he is known as the heir of Ozu, his delicate style is subtle but extremely poignant.
