A very touching story of  two individuals who are perfectly devoted to each other yet  anxiety sets in due to the delicate heart condition of Simon.   Great cast and the mother's role was also beneficial.  As the lovers' conversation on the beach progresses the viewers will eventually realize that Simon was only talking to himself and that he was alive and with a healthy heart,  thanks to Francois.  The unfolding of this reality will tug at your heartstrings and as the final scene is shown, that of Simon sitting on the solitary beach, looking far out to the horizon, will leave viewers with a heavy heart. A commendable film by Pascal Latil,  enough for it to grab  the Gay & Lesbian Film Award at the 8th NYC Short Film Festival.
